We at Cream Puff Annie fill large orders everyday, due to FAA regulations, cosmetics can not be shipped by air, only ground. International orders will be shipped by Standard Mail, which can take up to 30 or more days to arrive. We keep all international customs forms for proof of shipping and can scan them for you at your request. We will not be responsible for lost of damaged items on all shipping, nor being held up in customs.
We receive new shipments in everyday of new products and will fill each order as they come in, in the order they were received. Shipping on US orders can take up to 15 days for arrival, depending on method of mailing, UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. If there are any delays in shipping you will be notified, but always expect your purchases to be filled.
If an item you purchase becomes "OUT OF STOCK", we will issue a full refund to you and notify you when it comes in. We well also issue you a rain check for that item, and a 10 % discount, just for waiting.
You may return an item as long as it is un-opened, we are not allowed to take a return on a used item for health reasons. If at anytime, you have questions, please feel free to send us an e-mail, will will answer all your questions within 24 hours.
